Good Faith EstimateYou have the right to know the expected costs of your care. Under the No Surprises Act, all clients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services.
Key points:
• You will receive your estimate in writing at least one business day before your first service.
• You may request an estimate at any time, even before scheduling.
• If your actual bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
• Please keep a copy of your estimate for your records.
For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?
Yes. If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes. Therapy and supervision services are eligible expenses for most HSA and FSA accounts.
What if my insurance changes?
If your insurance changes during our work together, we can review your options. You may choose to use your new insurance (if I am in-network) or continue with private pay.

A Note on AccessibilityI want therapy and supervision to be accessible while also sustainable for me as a provider. If you have questions about fees, insurance, or payment options, please reach out. I’m happy to talk with you about what might work best for your situation.
