Chronic Illness SupportIf you live with chronic illness, chances are you’ve heard things like:
“You don’t look sick.”
“I’m tired too.”
“Maybe you should just…”
“This is all in your head.”
“At least it’s not…”
Even when well-intentioned, these words can feel dismissive and isolating. They can leave you questioning your own experience, on top of everything your body is already carrying.
I know how painful and exhausting this can be. My commitment is to walk with you through the ups and downs of chronic illness: with compassion, respect, and practical tools that honor both your body and your humanity.
Whether you are:
Living with an invisible illness can feel incredibly lonely. That’s why it’s so important to build a care team who truly sees and supports you.
I bring both personal passion and professional training to this work. Alongside my 20+ years as a therapist, I have advanced training in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and mind-body integration. I am also familiar with brain retraining programs such as DNRS, the Gupta Program, and Primal Trust, as well as approaches like fascia release and nervous system regulation practices. I also bring lived awareness from being part of the chronic illness community myself, with firsthand understanding of the terminology, doctors, medications, and protocols that often come with this journey.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we can make space for grief, strengthen your connection to your body, and explore new ways of finding stability, ease, and hope.
