Welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW), CADC III, and Clinical Supervisor in Oregon and Washington. I offer both individual and group supervision to support your growth, skill development, and ethical practice—whether you're just starting out or refining your clinical voice post-licensure.

Supervision OverviewI provide individual and group supervision, all currently held online via Zoom. I support clinicians at a variety of stages, including:
  • CSWAs
  • LPC Associates
  • LMFT Associates
  • CADC I, II, and III
  • Post-licensed clinicians
  • Supervisors seeking supervision-of-supervision
  • Clinicians working on Deliberate Practice skills
Rates
  • Individual Supervision: $75/hour
  • Group Supervision: $55/hour (2-hour groups; $110 total)
  • Mini Groups: Available for teams or workplace settings (rates vary by group size)
If you’re looking for tailored guidance, I’m happy to answer questions or share my resume, which outlines my experience and areas of specialization.

Current Supervision Groups I currently facilitate seven groups, each designed around the unique needs of different clinical populations and work settings. Below are a few of the groups currently enrolling:
1. General Practice Supervision Group
When: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 6–8 PM
Who: Clinicians in diverse clinical settings
A space for case consultation and skill-building, with rotating topics based on group interest.
Past topics include:
Addiction, CBT, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, Enneagram, Personality Disorders, and Self-Compassion

2. Private Practice Supervision Group
When: 3rd Tuesday, 4–6 PM or 4th Friday, 10 AM–12 PM
Who: Clinicians in solo or group private practice
Combats isolation by combining clinical consultation with business support (HIPAA, documentation, online therapy, etc). Group members often collaborate on modality-based demos and role plays.

3. School-Based Clinicians Group
When: Last Tuesday of the month, 6–8 PM
Who: Pre- and post-licensed clinicians working with middle or high school students
Focuses on real-world school challenges: ethical concerns, multidisciplinary collaboration, equity, boundaries, and student mental health.

4. Youth-Focused Clinicians Group
When: 4th Thursday of the month, 5–7 PM
Who: Clinicians working with children and adolescents in school or private practice
Topics include working with parents/caregivers, managing school pressures, and creating age-appropriate interventions. A resource-sharing group with a strong clinical foundation.

5. Mixed Setting Supervision Group
When: Last Monday of the month, 10 AM–12 PM
Who: Clinicians in both general and private practice settings
Blends general supervision topics with private practice considerations. Covers trauma-informed care, boundary setting, and adapting interventions across populations.

Contact me if you’d like to join the interest list is starting Fall of 2026.

(Group 7 placeholder – let me know if you'd like help drafting a description for the final group to reflect all your current offerings.)

About My Supervision Style

With over 20 years in the mental health field and 14 years of supervision experience, I’ve worked in:
  • Private practice
  • Community mental health
  • Schools (as a School Social Worker)
  • Dual-diagnosis inpatient and outpatient settings
I bring an integrative, strength-based approach that includes cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, trauma-informed, and experiential frameworks. Supervision is always adapted to your developmental stage, needs, and goals.

Why Clinicians Choose My Groups
  • Small, consistent group size (max of 5-6 members depending on licensing requirements of those in group)
  • Deepened learning through case consultation and clinical demos
  • Trauma-informed lens throughout
  • Support in treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and professional identity formation
