I work with people in a few different roles: as a licensed clinician, as a supervisor and trainer, and as a somatic and energy practitioner. While my relational style is consistent across all of my work, each role has its own scope, structure, and purpose.
As a ClinicianAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support individuals in healing, integration, and growth through therapy and clinical services. My work focuses on:

As a Somatic & Energy PractitionerIn addition to my clinical and supervisory work, I also offer non-clinical somatic and energy-based services. I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through the Wild Success Breathwork Coaching Certification program and integrate guided breathwork practices into this work when appropriate.
This work focuses on body-led, energetic, and belief-oriented approaches that fall outside traditional mental health treatment models. It is offered separately from therapy and is not psychotherapy or clinical care.
